“Hi everybody, my name is Caitlin and I’m a transplant from California.”
That’s pretty much how I would introduce myself to y’all. I was born and raised in Southern California and then in 2009 I yanked up my roots and transplanted myself to a very VERY small town in New Hampshire. So small in fact, that I can’t simply “run to the store for a gallon of milk,” because I will run into 2 cousins, a co-worker, and the mechanic who works on my car, and then an hour later I’ll dazedly walk out of the store empty handed.
I’m sarcastic and loud (not necessarily in that order), I love to decorate, and I’m covered in glitter 99% of the time. I like to take pictures like this:
When I’m not blogging or crafting or shooting pictures, I actually have a real life job as an EMT and volunteer firefighter. Sometimes I reference blood and guts. I’m not a vampire, I promise. I just think an amputated arm is a great Thursday.
You might read a thing or two about some dude named the Fireman. I think he’s pretty yummy looking; you may say we have a sort of mutual crush on each other.
