A few nights ago, I was making The Pioneer Woman’s Enchiladas, but only had a giant can of tomato sauce. I didn’t want to waste it, so instead, I took the leftovers and did this:
Now next time I need any, I can just toss a few cubes in a pot, microwave, etc. You can do the same with red wine, but let’s face it. We NEVER have leftover red wine in this house.
